Victor Gutierrez

Over 8 years solving real problems with technology — from systems serving millions of people to projects that start from scratch.

I'm Head of Technology at Control Space, in Portugal, where I lead technology end-to-end for a growing self-storage business: software, infrastructure, integrations, payments and security.

I also work as a Software Engineering Consultant at KWAN, guiding clients, engineering teams and business stakeholders through technology decisions (technical assessment, architecture and delivery planning) and coaching other engineers.

Before that, as Staff Software Engineer at Leroy Merlin (ADEO Group), I led platform migrations that impacted more than 17 million users and turned engineering teams into an organisational benchmark.

I like building things.
